You're not wrong, you agree with Gorsuch. And that's fine -- as I said at the beginning, he's got a point.

And I didn't confess to "not reading" it. I said I skipped ahead. Do you think I wrote this piece without going back and re-reading the whole thing?

I, on the other hand, think Sotomayor is right: that claiming a commercial product is "expressive speech" to allow a business owner to deny a product to a whole class of people is an abuse of the First Amendment, when she could still have the right to only provide religious language on her websites. But that's different than winning the right to not serve an entire class of people.
