Yes, I “seriously believe” that the #MeToo movement will have more power if women work to maintain its integrity. This is one of the first movements taking place almost exclusively online, and as a result there is a real danger of false equivalencies. Do you really want Aziz Ansari lumped into the same category as Harvey Weinstein? Someone actually tried to do that. Thankfully, rational people called bs on that, but without those gatekeepers it has a real danger of being watered down into nothing.
