Well, I'm definitely with you regarding the health at any size. Via email, I'm getting a lot of messages about working out and dieting (*eyeroll*). I write back to them that I workout quite a bit actually, and that I eat relatively well (I say relatively because if there is a flourless chocolate cake on a menu, I am ordering it). When I explain my workout (not that I should have to) and explain it includes weight training, hiking, swimming among other things I think these people get a little upset, because this body doesn't look like the type of body that works out that much. But I feel good! That's what they don't get, I think.
