The difference, of course, is that Hamas *is* a political party (at best, they are of course designated FTO). You believe that Israel is claiming civilians are partisan? Because that was never claimed by any Israel authority.

And as I’ve said before, I don’t make the rules. It’s the UN who said targeting a political party is not a “group.” You may not like the rules, but they’re the reality we live in. Reality: try it.
