Incorrect on all points. The second degree murder charge is about intent to kill - not WHY they wanted to kill him, but the FACT that they wanted to kill him, which is evidenced by the fact that they had him pinned down even after he stopped moving. Force is not justified at all times by the police (insane that you think so), especially if a suspect is compliant. And, unfortunately, I understand you perfectly. Sad that there are still people like you around.
