I think your response illustrates the confusion. On the one hand, we do have to treat it as exclusively a woman’s issue in order to ensure that men never have the right to impose their will on a woman’s choice. But on the other hand, in a larger context, the freedom to do what one wants with one’s body — that type of choice — is, I think, a man’s issue too. I get that it’s a sharp edge to walk.
