I think that's the the thing about this rule -- there isn't an inverse, or equal and opposite rule. Bad people, as long as they don't push it too far, will get away with being bad. And ambition is good. Ambition isn't the problem. The problem is going too far with that ambition. I'd like to use the atom bomb as an example, but I don't know what happened to the guys who developed it...
