I absolutely agree that cancer patients did nothing wrong, in large part because a lot of our health is out of our control.

It's true that first Laura was healthy, and then she wasn't (kingdom of the well/kingdom of the sick). But what I meant was that while she appeared healthy based on certain aesthetic standards, something was brewing inside her that was the opposite of health. So the mind boggles.
