Have you tried Betahistine for the Meniere's? It's not FDA approved, but it is approved in Europe for Meniere's. My doctor put me on it, I have to get at a compound pharmacy (or Canada), insurance won't pay, and I'm out about $90 a month, but it works for me; no longer dizzy, world not tilting sideways...
