Cooking every other day is a great idea; it's just hard for me to time that with a full-time job. For instance, I've been planning to make this pearl couscous salad for like, a week now, but just haven't had the time to do it before work, and no energy after work.
But I used to be better at this! So I will definitely check out your stories. And if you want to submit stories about cooking to Sybarite, (my publication) please do!
