Cast iron grill pan, or just a cast iron pan for salmon? If it's the grill pan, do you think the gross white stuff just drips to the bottom? High heat or low heat? I do want to master salmon but just can't seem to do it. I think I once used a recipe from Real Simple that worked, but...?
